COVID-19 Protocols and Procedures

Please book your appointment online by visiting www.thebungalowstudio.ca and select “Book an Appointment” to choose a date/time that works best for you.

You are asked to self-screen for your risk of COVID-19 prior to your arrival according to our policy stated in your appointment reminder email.

Please do not arrive to your appointment if you're feeling unwell. We'll be happy to reschedule your appointment for you. 

Mask wearing at The Bungalow Studio is optional. Beginning March 21st 2022 you will no longer be required to wear a mask to your appointment. You may choose to continue wearing a mask and that’s okay. We encourage you to do what makes you feel the most comfortable.

In an effort to better manage congestion please park in the designated space next to the garage. 

Please don't be afraid to pull right up next to the garage. This area will be reserved for clients and allows nearest access to The Bungalow Studio entry.  

• Please sanitize your hands upon arrival at one of our sanitizing stations.

• Your stylist will be washing their hands prior to starting your service.

• Stylists will be pre- screened before their work day begins and mid-day to ensure they are healthy and not exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19.

There are a lot of things we will be doing to keep you safe. We have increased and added to our usual cleaning and disinfecting procedures already in practice. 

This includes:

• Thoroughly sanitizing and disinfecting all tools used during your service.
• Cleaning and disinfecting touch surfaces (counters, stations, chairs)
• Cleaning and disinfecting electronic equipment (computer, payment machine)
• HEPA Purifier located in studio. This type of air filter can theoretically remove at least 99.97% of dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, and any airborne particles with a size of 0.3 microns (µm).
